change- a fundamental phenomenon.

You all must've heard of Darwin right? He propounded a theory of evolution. It said, "only the strong will survive". How did the life forms grow since then? That we don't know. But what we do know, is that they went through and adapted to change.

Change, in layman's terms is alteration or modification. Change, is a timeless process. It has no start and no end either. Things change, situations change, society changes, scenarios change, planets, sun, overall, the whole universe is constantly changing.

Then I still can't comprehend why and how are the human mindsets nor changing. I personally feel that "a stationary mindset is equal to a stagnant water tank". It has no use whatsoever, compared to the changing society.

Like, I'll start from the very basics in the mind of a teenager NOW. We love to roam free, with friends, tryna touch the clouds and all and most importantly, taking matters in our own hands and learning through our experiences. But, the reality is, not everyone can get to do these things in their youth.

The thing here is, the age old restrictions came along with the elders. Their mindsets, though experienced, come hardwired with a specific set of absurd rules which, at times, make us feel too irritated.
"Don't wear short clothes, don't hangout with friends who swear, don't talk to any male people when you're on your periods, don't cry, boys aren't supposed to cry and are physically strong. Don't go for extra curriculars, be a doctor or a scientist, take MPC or BiPC only, etc etc etc.."

These stagnant dialogues were present throughout my life, about which, I never cared. Moreover, these so called SAYINGS don't apply to the current society.

And if we try to point out their illogical sense, we would be suppressed by imaginary set of people who are often referred by "aa naluguru"(those four esteemed people of the society). I prefer to call them nosy neighbour's who, ironically never seem to exist...

Change is a phenomenon. It is needed. Change of mindset is a highly important tool for development from the root level itself. To add to this, change in mindset must be good.

I saw this quote on a wall somewhere,  "don't tell the girls to change their dress, tell the boys to change their mindset." This is true. Totally true. Similarly, though many elders are having liberal thoughts in accordance with a smooth living, they too are restricted by the imaginary FOUR nosy horsemen.

The power of thought can sway the the masses. Dynamic mindset is always best suited for a dynamic society. But the reality is quite the opposite.
This needs to CHANGE. good, liberal mindset develops with good education. And by good education, I mean the RIGHT EDUCATION. Then on, one should learn the basics of 'how a civilized society works'. This is one topic which is usually neglected at many times.

Mind is the most powerful thing in this world. Just like the constitution, it needs to change and amend itself according to the dynamic and ever-changing society. Without this, development can NEVER be possible.

This is pranav sameer...signing off.
Had to stuff many thoughts in a few paragraphs....  :)
